I’m offering an update to my earlier evaluation. In general I’ve been really happy with Smith.ai, but lately more and more phone calls will Smith.ai’s voicemail or not being picked up in the least. I use CallRail on our backend and may see comprehensive contact metrics and accessibility recordings of all calls. I’ve witnessed various leads
